Surface Preparation and Applying Procedure
Surface of the metal have to clear properly with a process of sand blasting to remove the dust particles,
grease, oil or any other foreign particles on the metal surface. Now mix the Base and Hardener Which
is supplied in 3:1 Ratio( Base: Hardener) and Apply to the metal surface.
Film Thickness : Film Thickness will depends upon the coverage Achieved
Dry film thickness (DFT): 80-95  microns (Depending upon Solvents used as mode of apply)
Pot Life: 6-8 Hrs
Coverage Capacity 6-12 Sq m/ Liter
Packing 4 and 20 Liter metal tins.
